Hey UM, Stop Jerking Off in the Showers!

LOL, three questions: 1) how many people are jerking off in the shower for this to be a major cause for concern? 2) how do they know that semen is the thing that's caking up the works? 3) what the fuck are semen related costs and why are they into the thousands?
