Has It Really Been Three Days?

I haven't blogged since Thursday?! Wow, I'm slippin'... well sorry for the delay... things have been a bit hectic since Thursday night... but don't worry, my subjects, I'm back!!

Well, to catch you all up... On Friday, a brotha FINALLY got his money... so the first thing I did? Went and bought a TV... it ain't much... just a little 19-inch HDTV but it def gets the job done in the dorm room, I must say... not to mention, I found a laptop for $400!!! Buuuuuuuuuuuut... seeing as how, the card has a $500 daily spending limit... I had to put that back and go get it later... so Friday, I got home expecting to watch some TV finally... but didn't have a cable cord... LOL... I'm such a fucking loser... so that night, I went tv-less... but hey, what was one more day after almost 5 weeks?

So, the next day on Saturday, I spent the first part of the day doing homework and studying... I had so much homework this weekend and I was trying to get it done before the game at 7... so around 6 or 7, I was like "oh shit, I still got stuff I need to get" and Darren asked if I needed to roll out anywhere... so one would figure that I went back and got the computer right? Nope... WRONG... a brotha went and got an Xbox360... irresponsible purchase? Of course it was... I should've gotten the computer (and I probably would've blogged my ass off if I had) but on the way to Wal-mart, we (D and I) took a turn at the Best Buy, scooped up a 360 and broke out... btw, good looks on hooking up the Xbox Live for a brotha because Lord knows I would've been LOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTTT... so I spent a good part of Saturday playing Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 and having the time of my life...

Sunday... the drama starts... no details, of course, but let me just say that instead of going home this weekend like I planned, your boy Hard Work will be in his dorm room, playing 360, eating Philly Cheesesteak pizza from Domino's and watching the All-Star weekend... but in any event, yesterday, I woke up, played an hour or two of 360 and was going to watch the Lakers-Cavs game on ABC... one problem... fucking East Carolina decided to show fucking Virginia Tech and Boston College or some other random fucking ACC game not involving my TarHeels instead... fuck Raycom sports! So, needless to say, I missed the game even though I heard LeBron pretty much stunk up the place... I guess the Lakers really are the best team in the L... so after that whole fiasco, I decided to study some Chemistry (which I'm admittedly probably going to fail... the shit's just not clicking like it usually is) and after about 20 minutes of that... a nigga jumped right back on the 360!!! Now, yes, I know you're all like "this guy has really fucked up getting this thing" and you know... you're probably right... but the thing is, as long as I do my work outside my room, I'll be fine... right now, I'm in the computer lab and I'm not even thinking about the 360 really...

So that's the updates... my apologies to everyone (especially you Boppa) who were looking forward to blogs this weekend only to be left with nothing to laugh at... my sincerest apologies to you all... and as part of my neglect, I'm giving each of you a new car... real talk... I'm ballin' now!!! A nigga got a refund check and got nothing to spend it on but random bullshit...
