I'm So Ready for Football Season...

When it starts getting close to the NBA Finals, that's when I start to get antsy... I'm ready for some football word to MNF... I don't know what it is because this is the time where there is really NO FOOTBALL TO BE FOUND... maybe that's why... absence makes the heart grow fonder, ya know?

But I can't help it... I've already found a semi-pro team to play for next year... more on that later... but it's gonna be a good time... by then I'll be some type of psychotic hybrid of Reggie Bush and Brian Dawkins...

I really can't wait to play... I would have played this year but of course I found out about the tryouts weeks later... I swear I'm never on top of shit... LOL... but I'm excited for next year... if I can get my squats back up to 600 and my 40 back to a 4.5, oh it's a wrap... laziness FTL...

The crazy thing about football is the things that really get me excited are the things that matter the least... I played football freshman and sophomore year in high school... junior year, I took the year off to work and I was like "you know what? Fuck it... I'm done..." and thought I'd never play again... one day in the spring, I got the Eastbay that had the new football cleats in it... I salivated... the next day, I went and talked to the coach and asked if he had a spot for me on the team... LOL... the fucking cleats, B... it's sad that that's what it took but it's the truth...

These things are beautiful... gotta have these for next season...

I'm FINALLY going to attend an ECU football game this fall... I don't know why I never did... well, I take that back... I was too lazy to get up on Saturday mornings to go get tickets, so most times, I'd just stay in my room... but in the fall, I'm determined to go... it's my last semester so I gotta go... no face paint though...


Speaking of college football...

...it took me awhile to realize this dude is THAT dude, but he definitely is... people are already doubting him in the L... but how can you? Homie is crazy talented... NCAA Football 10 is a wrap for anybody facing me and these Gators... non-fiction...


...why does ESPN keep talking about Jimmy Clausen and Notre Dame like they're gonna do shit...? How many times do they have to get tea-bagged for people to get off their sack...?
Fuck the whole prestige thing, they fucking suck... Charlie Weis ain't doin' shit...
