College Hill

So the foolishness known as College Hill will be returning to BET on the 24th and while I'm an avid fan of the show, I do have a few problems with it...

1) Why is this shit called College Hill? I mean, granted, when it started it seemed to focus on SOME college aspects of life... but now these niggas don't even go to class, do they? Every episode is them fighting and partying... which is entertaining, no doubt but I think it sends the wrong message to all the high school kids watching... does partying and fucking and drinking all go on when you're in college? Of course, but if that's all you do when you're there, you won't be there long... that's for damn sure...

2) Why aren't they based on a college anymore? The first one was at Southern... the next two were at small (well smaller than usual) black colleges... The last one was in Jamaica or some shit... this one is based out of South Beach... like why don't they just call it what it is BLACK REAL WORLD: SOUTH BEACH? I mean, who are they fooling with this shit? I'm not expecting it to be based out of Morehouse or Howard or any respectable schools, but come on... if you gonna use college students, then why not use a damn college...?

3) Why isn't there ever a cool ass big dude? Or a girl who gets along with everybody? I mean the people they pick... its like an episode of WifeSwap... they pick people with personalities they KNOW aren't gonna get along... like a gay dude and a girl who openly talks about hating gay people... like come on, B... there's ways to assure conflicts without making it into a damn hate crime... (shit, look at Baldwin Hills and Harlem Heights...)

4) Why does it always feature an athlete who's only on the show like four times? Lol... I NEVER understood that shit... you know the nigga is gonna have other obligations... he ain't gonna be around the crib like that... why waste that slot when you could have somebody else there?

5) Why doesn't anybody ever fuck on this show? Like... people might kiss but nobody ever gets bagged... there's not even any insinuations that it went down... they don't even sleep in the same beds or anything... that's just weird to me... you gonna put four girls in my crib and not even one of them is gonna get knocked down? You can't be serious, B...
