Food Journal: Wednesday, June 3rd

Breakfast: missed due to oversleeping

Lunch (2:00 PM): footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub on honey oat from Subway; SunChips; diet Mountain Dew

Dinner (8:30 PM): chicken club sandwich from Wendy's; fries; Hi-C fruit punch


Meals were pretty bad today... I'm trying to stop eating fast food altogether but I got such a late start today (I slept 14 hours, B! LOL) so I had to do what it do... tomorrow will be straight, I'm sure... I'm planning to work out in the morning so I should be aight...
