Breakfast (8:00 AM): eggs; grits; corned-beef hash; water; Crystal Light; cereal with 2% milk
Lunch (1:00 PM): talapia soft tacos; black beans; rice; cheeseburger; fries; water; Crystal Light
Post-Workout (5:30 PM): acai berry smoothie and water
Dinner (7:15 PM): chicken sandwich; stuffed pork chops; potatoes au gratin; water; Crystal Light
Today wasn't too bad except for the lunch thing... I had the soft tacos and the beans and the rice and I just wasn't satisfied... so I said fuck it and went and got a burger and some fries... LOL... I worked most of it off at the gym but I just know I need to make better choices in the food department... coulda just went with a cobb salad but eh... it wasn't working for me at the moment... tomorrow will be a better day...
