Lunch (1:30 PM): acai berry meal replacement smoothie
Dinner (7:00 PM): acai berry meal replacement smoothie
Yesterday was a pretty good day from a calorie standpoint... but ummmm... let's just say all that yogurt had a nigga feeling a little less than pleasant... LOL... then Nicole pointed out to me that acai berries are some type of natural laxative... so um, yeah, I definitely won't be doing that again... I didn't work out yesterday so I thought it'd be better not to have a bunch of full meals... but in any event... not that bad a day...
