Breakfast (9:00 AM): sausage biscuit; grits; omelet with bacon, green peppers, tomatoes and cheese
Lunch (1:00 PM): grilled chicken; sesame noodles; peas; banana
Dinner (7:30 PM): chicken sandwich; black beans; rice; braised pork
I actually ate like a normal human being today... could've used more fruits and veggies today (but when can you really eat enough of those) all in all, it was a pretty decent day as far as diet goes... hopefully I can keep it up...
