Food Journal: Monday, June 1st

Breakfast: woke up a little late, so I missed the most important meal of the day...

Lunch (10:30 AM): footlong Tuscan chicken sub on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo; SunChips; diet Mountain Dew

Dinner (6:00 PM): veal parmesan; steamed veggies (cauliflower, carrots, broccoli); penne with sauce; water; Crystal Light


Not a bad day with the exception of not eating breakfast... that will be rectified tomorrow... the Tuscan chicken sub wasn't too bad but it's got nothing on the sweet onion teriyaki... I tried veal parmesan for the first time today and it was pretty good... I might consider learning how to make that... lots of water throughout the day also... I'm still determined to win this Biggest Loser thing...
