Breakfast: missed due to oversleeping
Lunch (3:15 PM): raspberry meal replacement smoothie
Dinner (7:30 PM): fish tenders; rice; black beans; salad with romaine lettuce, eggs, cheese, ham and ranch dressing; chicken sandwich; bananas; stir-fry vegetables; water; Crystal Light
I know dinner looks really loaded and that's because it was... with the combination of missing breakfast and working out right before dinner, I was STARVING by then... so I just said fuck it and went in on dinner... I hate that I missed breakfast (that's usually my most protein-laden meal) but I couldn't get up this morning... LOL...
